QUICK ANSWERS

Object remover FAQs

Answers about editing, image formats, and better cleanup results.

How do I remove an object from a photo?

Upload an image, adjust the brush, and paint over the item you want to remove. Include the full object and any visible shadow, then choose Remove object. Review the result before downloading the PNG.

Which image formats can I use?

The object remover accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 20 MB. The completed image downloads as a PNG.

Why is part of the object still visible?

Paint over the complete object, including thin edges, reflections, or shadows. Use a smaller brush for fine edges and run another pass if a small remnant remains.

Does object removal work for every photo?

It works best on unwanted objects surrounded by clear visual context, such as signs, small clutter, or people in an open background. Detailed faces, text, large objects, and busy patterns may need more careful selection or multiple passes.

Is my image uploaded to a server?

The editor processes the image in your browser. Your downloaded file is created directly from the edited preview.
