By purchasing and using coins on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Coin-Based System Overview

GenImager AI operates on a pay-as-you-go model using coins. These coins are used to access our AI-based correction and enhancement services.

  • 1 USD = 100 coins.
  • Coins are added immediately after a successful payment.
  • Coins do not expire and can be used at any time.
  • Coins are deducted only when a service is successfully completed.

2. Cancellation of Coin Purchases

Since GenImager AI operates on a coin-based system rather than recurring subscriptions, there is no recurring payment to cancel.

Once coins are purchased and credited to your account, they remain available for use until consumed. You may stop using our services anytime without needing to cancel anything.

3. Refunds

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined below:

  • Double Billing: If you were charged twice for the same coin purchase, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate charge.
  • Extended Service Downtime: If our platform experiences technical downtime exceeding 30 consecutive days, you may be eligible for a partial refund of unused coins.

Refunds will not be provided for unused coins, accidental purchases after coins have been used, dissatisfaction with output, or change of mind.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or erroneous transactions.
  • Prolonged service unavailability (30+ days).
  • Payment gateway processing errors.
  • Exceptional cases approved at GenImager AI’s discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team with:

  • Your registered email or account ID
  • Payment transaction ID or Stripe receipt
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Our team typically responds within 3–5 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant and industry-standard payment gateway.

Stripe securely handles all transaction data; GenImager AI does not store or access any sensitive payment details.
