To use GenImager services, users purchase coins that can be redeemed to access features and AI-powered tools.

• 1 USD = 100 coins
• Coins are deducted based on the services and features you use.
• You may select predefined plans or purchase custom coin packages.
• Coins do not expire and can be topped up anytime.
• All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

2. Coin Purchase & Refund Policy

Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of accidental double billing or proven technical faults.

• Coins remain valid until fully consumed.
• There is no recurring billing; purchases are one-time.
• Refunds follow our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation

Since there are no subscriptions or recurring payments, users can stop purchasing coins at any time. No cancellation process is required.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must use GenImager responsibly and lawfully. Activities that violate applicable laws, disrupt the service, or exploit system vulnerabilities may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. GenImager is not liable for unauthorized use resulting from compromised passwords.

6. Modification of Coin Plans

GenImager reserves the right to update pricing, coin values, or plan features. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

Existing coins will retain their original value and usability.

7. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In such cases, remaining coins may be forfeited without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

GenImager does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or business due to technical interruptions.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GenImager harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
