What the Meesho label tool does

Prepare a Meesho shipping-label PDF for dispatch using the text embedded in its pages. The tool identifies supported label pages, crops above the detected invoice boundary when available, and orders the results by SKU or courier. It does not create new shipping labels or connect to your seller account.

How to prepare your labels

  1. Choose one Meesho shipping-label PDF from your device or drop it into the upload area.
  2. Choose Label Printer or A4 Printer, then select SKU or Courier → SKU sorting.
  3. Optionally filter a courier, choose the A4 layout and set 1–50 copies per included label.
  4. Download the labels PDF and CSV summary. Review the PDF and print a sample before processing a whole dispatch batch.

Supported options and limits

  • PDF input: one file at a time; a file can contain multiple pages. Text-based PDFs work best because detection reads embedded text, not scanned-image OCR.
  • A4 layouts: Auto, 2, 4 or 8 labels per sheet. Auto chooses a layout from the number of labels after filtering and copies.
  • Courier filter: All Couriers, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Valmo or XpressBees, when identified in the source text.
  • CSV summary: source-page index, recognized courier and SKU. Quantity, AWB and OrderID columns may be empty; the current parser does not populate these fields.

a supported PDF has six recognized labels. With All Couriers, one copy and four labels per A4 page, the output has two A4 sheets: four labels on the first and two on the second. The CSV has six label rows. Your result depends on which pages are recognized.

Pro Tips

Practical printing tips

  • If no labels are found, use the original text-based PDF from your seller workflow rather than a scan or screenshot.
  • Check that the invoice boundary and every barcode are intact in the output. Changed marketplace layouts may not match the parser.
  • Use fewer labels per A4 sheet when text becomes too small. Remove a courier filter if it excludes the labels you need.

PDF processing happens in your browser. The label file is not sent to a processing server by this tool. The site can record signed-in export events without file contents. GenImager is an independent utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meesho.

Meesho label questions

Can I sort Meesho labels by SKU and courier?

Yes. Choose SKU sorting or Courier → SKU sorting. The tool uses the SKU and courier text it recognizes in the PDF; missing or differently formatted text can affect the order.

How many Meesho labels can I place on an A4 sheet?

Choose 2, 4 or 8 labels per A4 sheet, or Auto. You can also request 1–50 copies of each included label. Check a printed sample because denser layouts make each label smaller.

Why are some labels or CSV values missing?

Pages must contain recognizable label text. Scanned PDFs, changed layouts or a courier filter can omit pages. Courier and SKU values depend on recognition; quantity, AWB and OrderID fields are not currently extracted.

Is the Meesho label tool free, and is sign-in required?

The current tool has no payment or sign-in requirement. It accepts one PDF at a time and 1–50 copies per label. There is no configured file-size or page-count cap in the tool, but large PDFs can exceed your browser's memory.
