Add photos and details
Upload your photos, then select Edit details on each product. Add a name, price and the specifications buyers need. Use the arrows to arrange your collection.
Style your catalog
Open Catalog design. Choose a colorful or neutral theme, a font, four or six products per page, and your brand color. Add a title, contact information and any ordering notes.
Review and export
Check each preview page, then sign in with Google to download the complete A4 PDF. For a single page, choose Save this page as PNG.
What you can customize
Each product can include a name, price, SKU, short description and up to three custom details. Leave optional fields blank when they do not apply.

Before you share your catalog
Keep photos consistent. Use clear, similarly framed product photos. The templates fit the complete photo inside its frame, so tall or wide images may leave space around them.
Choose the right density. Four products per page gives photos and descriptions more room. Six works well for a compact range with shorter details.
Check the finished pages. Review prices, contact details and any shortened text. PDF text is flattened into images; make changes in the editor before exporting again.
Product catalog maker FAQs
Is the product catalog maker free?
Yes. Creating catalogs and exporting PDF or PNG files is free and does not use image-generation credits. You can edit without an account; Google sign-in is required when you download.
How many products and photos can I add?
Add up to 24 photos, with one photo per product. JPG, PNG and WebP files are supported, up to 10 MB and 40 megapixels each. Imported photos are resized to at most 1600 pixels on their longest side.
Can I add sizes, colors and other product details?
Yes. Select Edit details on a product to change its name and add an optional price, SKU and short description. Add up to three custom label-and-value details, such as Size, Color, Material or Minimum order. Catalog design also includes contact information and optional ordering or delivery notes shown on every page.
Which templates and page layouts are available?
Choose Rose boutique, Natural studio or Electric collection for colorful pages, or Modern cards and Editorial for neutral designs. All five themes support three font choices, four or six products per A4 portrait page, a custom title, subtitle and accent color. Prices can use INR, USD, EUR, GBP or AED; changing currency does not convert your prices.
What is included in the PDF and PNG downloads?
Download PDF exports all catalog pages in A4 portrait format. Save this page as PNG exports only the page currently shown in the preview, at 1240 by 1754 pixels. PDF pages contain flattened images rather than selectable or editable text. Long text may be shortened to fit, so review each page before downloading.
Are my photos uploaded or my catalog saved online?
Photos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded by this tool. Sign-in and basic export usage logging contact the server. Before redirecting to Google sign-in, the tool stores a temporary browser copy to restore your work when you return. It is not an online saved project; ordinary reloads can clear unsaved edits.
Does this create new product photos or a shoppable catalog?
No. The catalog maker arranges your existing photos and entered details into PDF or PNG pages. It does not generate new images, import spreadsheets, host a public catalog link or add checkout buttons. You can share the downloaded files yourself.
